Another month, another package! That's right! A lot of the things we've been working on for the past few months are finally ready to take out of the oven. Last month we had TestGenerators, this month we have ReportOperation, next month... well wouldn't you like to know 😀 But first:

Maintenance

New Package: ReportOperation

This is something Karan in particular has wanted for a looong time, we started working it years ago... but we've finally had the time to polish and package it as something we all can use and-reuse. Big thanks to both Karan and Pedro for creating this!

Starting right now, each one of your CRUDs can easily feature an analytics page. We've put together an operation you can use, and a series of metrics that you can define, to quickly (and I mean quickly) get to a very efficient dashboard, to understand the state and direction of your particular entity. You'll find this particularly useful for entities where you want to understand sales, usage, downloads, etc or for general entities where you want to see growth, trends, distribution etc.

We're pretty excited to ship this, because it greatly reduces the time cost of having a "report page" for each CRUD. And in turn, this means your admin panel will be more useful to the admin, and help them drive business decisions.
