As your project matures, you start writing tests for your application. Hell, you might even do TDD and have it tested as you built it. But that leaves your admin panel in a difficult spot. It's still a mission-critical part of your app... but since it has so few users, it's difficult to justify the time to write tests for it. Backpack Test Generators

In short, this package adds two commands:

• php artisan backpack:tests - which will generate tests for your CrudController (only for the Create, Update, Delete, List operations)
• php artisan backpack:tests:status - which will show a general picture of what is tested in your CrudControllers

For most admin panels, this will help get 80% of your admin panel tested, in less than one hour (provided you already have Seeders and Factories for your models). And for the rest... thanks to the fact that you will already have most of your admin panel tested... LLMs will do a great job of filling in the gaps (eg. custom pages, custom features).
