Can I get a refund if I don't use my support hours?

Yes, if you are unhappy with the support you receive within 30 days of purchase, you can have your money back. But we cannot refund you later on (eg. if you haven't used any premium support for 12 months).

Can I use all 10 support hours in one month?

Yes, but most customers choose to spread their hours over several months. You can decide how you spend your hours depending on your support needs.
