Another good month of progress here at Backpack HQ, despite the summer holidays and all. Again, our current goal is to solidify the current version. And we have absolutely made progress on that!

Quick Ask

If you haven't given us a star on Github, please spare 3 seconds and give us a star. It could help more people discover our project. We only have around 3000 stars - which is not a lot for a project of our size and history - we never paid attention to this number. So let's fix that - let's get that number where it's supposed to be 💪 Give a star to this repo.

Maintenance

Pedro has been pushing fixes left and right:

  • CRUD - 33 bug fixes (That's crazy! 😱)
  • PRO - 3 bug fixes
  • DevTools - 1 bug fix
  • a few other fixes to our other free packages

Support

Jorge has been playing defense most of this month, ready to help our customers get their problems fixed. So grateful to have his support 🙏

New Features

We don't have much in terms of new features to show this month. Again, features are NOT our focus right now, but fixing bugs and making our codebase as reliable as possible. But Pedro was able to sneak in a small feature this month nonetheless.

Inside the ListOperation, thanks to #5343 you can now easily hide the texts on all line buttons, so that only the icons are visible. It's something people have requested for a while, and it's finally here. Documentation pending. Plus, Karan will write an article about it soon. But you can already tell from the PR, it's reaaaaly easy to do.
